Here's what usually happens on a demolition job: the demo crew finishes, leaves a pile, and you're on the phone finding someone to take it away…

We skip that step. 

Our own roll-off bins, come in four different sizes, 10, 14, 20 (short or long), 40 cubic yards and our trucks haul the debris out as the job progresses.

That means no debris sitting on your property for weeks and no coordinating between contractors. The teardown and the cleanup are with the same team.

1. Site visit and quote

We look at the structure, the access, and the materials, then give you one price covering demolition and disposal. 

2. Prep and permits

We'll walk you through what your municipality requires. Most demolitions need a permit, and buildings built before 1990 need a designated substances assessment for materials like asbestos before work begins.

3. Demolition

Our crew takes the structure down safely and efficiently, with our bins positioned on site to load as we go.

4. Debris removal and site cleanup

We haul everything away, sort materials for recycling where possible, and leave the site clear and ready for whatever comes next.

  • Buildings constructed before 1990 must be assessed for designated substances, including asbestos, before demolition begins. It's an Ontario requirement. If the assessment finds asbestos, licensed abatement happens before we start. We don't demolish or haul asbestos-containing material.

  • Most residential teardowns like garages, sheds, decks are done in a day or two, including debris removal. Larger residential, construction or commercial projects vary, and we'll give you a timeline with the quote.
